We are looking for a full-time Provider Customer Service Representative/Utility Research Coordinator. This position is critical to the back-office support of the company and ties up all loose ends and processes the orders for our sales team.

We are looking for a full-time Processing Coordinator for the back-office support of the company and ties up all loose ends and processes the orders while working in a small company environment.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Full-time Monday - Friday, daytime hours
• Support the sales team in confirming products and services placed and purchased
• Conference calls with providers and new home buyer to make those connections when needed
• Place orders, send email confirmations and follow-up calls
• Make necessary changes when required to remain compliant with customers and client
• Heavy data entry, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting to resolve issues at hand
• Customer follow-up to keep customers informed of current options available
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms
• Relationship building/Self-motivated
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline driven, goal and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a small team environment

Compensation

$13 per hour
